Dive into the vibrant São Paulo Biennial, the second oldest art biennial in the world, exploring the visionary pavilion designed by the iconic architect Oscar Niemeyer. We uncover Sao Paulo’s rich cultural heritage through its significant museum collections and indigenous art, that unveil the diverse narratives that shape this dynamic nation. Besides our visit to the exciting contemporary art that the Biennial has to offer, we will also explore some of the cities top-notch galleries such as Mendes Wood DM, Galeria Jaqueline Martins and Galeria Vermelho.

The São Paulo Biennial features both Brazilian and international artists, and is considered to be one of the most important art exhibits in the country. Curator Bonaventure Soh Bejeng Ndikung is in charge of shaping the program of the 36th edition of the São Paulo Biennial. Ndikung is known for his interdisciplinary approach, weaving together art, technology and critical theory. Our trip will take place just after the opening of the Biennial, in early October.
