Young Collectors Circle prioritizes (maintaining) a safe environment, free from (sexual) harassment, discrimination, bullying, aggression, and violence. Furthermore, it is essential that breaches of integrity and misconduct can be reported safely.
Reports or complaints can be submitted to the designated point of contact within our organization: Amanda Pinatih (member of the Supervisory Board of Stichting Art Projects). The point of contact relays reports and complaints to the management unless they are confidential or involve the management itself. If the complaints concern the management, the designated point of contact discusses the matter with another member of the Supervisory Board. Complaints can also be received through the management, who (with the reporter’s consent) shares them with the point of contact. Together, they work toward a solution. During this process a fair hearing of both sides will be ensured. The outcome is shared with the involved parties: both the person making the report and the person the report concerns. The information shared is situation-dependent and may involve consultation with the reporter of the complaint.
If the reporter want the complaint to remain completely confidential, the point of contact advises the reporter on possible next steps. The initiative to take possible further steps remains with the reporter (unless legal violations have occurred).
If a report is particularly complex or potentially impacts other members of the Supervisory Board, it will be discussed (anonymized) within the Supervisory Board. Both the management, the point of contact, and the Supervisory Board are bound by confidentiality to ensure privacy regarding potential complaints and reports.
The point of contact monitors developments and provides an annual report to the Supervisory Board and management.
